Account and trial
These terms apply to business customers. The account creator confirms authority to act for the company and connect its sources. The trial lasts 14 days without a card; paid functions then lock until a plan is selected and paid.
Subscription and usage
Monthly plans are prepaid. Annual plans cover 12 months at the price of 10. Prices exclude VAT. Plan limits are enforced, while managed provider usage is shown separately with agreed cost, margin and budget controls.
Data, providers and acceptable use
Customers retain their data rights and grant only the licence needed to provide the service. BYOK keys belong to the customer. Third-party terms apply. Access circumvention, unlawful content, unauthorised bulk messaging and abusive scraping are prohibited.
AI, operations and liability
Customers must fact-check and approve output before publication. Rankings, revenue and error-free AI output are not guaranteed. Liability follows the order and mandatory Danish law; indirect loss is excluded unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Termination, data and law
Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not shorten a paid term. Data can be exported during the agreed period and is then deleted under the retention policy. Danish law governs; contact kontakt@moselstudio.dk.
